How much can I borrow

Borrowing capacity funnily enough can vary from lender to lender. Please use our calculators to get some indication of how much you can borrow. Of course the best way to assess your true borrowing power is to make an appointment with a Loan Library consultant to have a comprehensive assessment of your situation.

How many different lenders do you deal with?

We have access to numerous lenders, in fact over 27, including all the big banks and big local lenders as well as specialist lenders who offer unique loan products for people who do not meet traditional lending criteria.

Do you do home appointments?

Of Course. As well as offering appointments in our freshly renovated professional offices at Norwood, we can come to your office, your home or any suitable meeting place.

Do you offer incentives or rewards?

Another great question. It is a fantastic way to reward yourself as well as help your friends or family by referring them to a reputable and trusted mortgage broker who will offer them understanding and excellent customer service. Ask your consultant about our reward program.

Are you industry accredited?

This is an important question to ask of any broker. The answer is yes! Steve is a full member of the MFAA, which is the industry body for the mortgage and finance industry
